The basis of the foundation is to support local families in times of crisis situations and unexpected hardships. Mike always jumped at any opportunity he had to help, whether it was a friend or a complete stranger, when they needed a hand. The goal is to keep that mission alive through this foundation.

In Loving Memory of Mike
Born in Beverly, MA and raised in Peabody, Mike’s journey was a testament to his insatiable curiosity and unwavering work ethic. His educational path took him through Welch Elementary School, Higgins Middle School, and Peabody and Rockport High Schools, where he continued to nurture his diverse talents.
Mike’s zest for life was infectious, his fearlessness inspiring, and his willingness to embrace every experience truly remarkable. He was a man of many passions: from basketball to music, dancing to singing, yoga to art, Mike reveled in every moment. His love for gardening was a reflection of his nurturing spirit, as he took great pride in tending to a wide variety of plants.
Mike was a deep thinker who cherished meaningful conversations, and he found solace in both sunshine and rain. He was known to take cold plunges, create delectable meals, savor a cup of tea, and simply enjoy the rhythm of life.
But what truly defined Mike was his heart, ever worn openly on his sleeve. He was the kind of person who would go to great lengths to help anyone in need. It was this compassion and his love for travel that drove the success of his moving business, Making Moves.
